Shipping

Rates

• Orders of $50.00 or more ship free.
• Orders under that are a flat $5.95, regardless of how many items are in the box.

Timing

Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day leave the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. Delivery is typically two to five business days once it is moving.

Larger items — the play kitchen, the dollhouse, the easel and the balance bike — ship separately and can take a few days longer. If your order mixes a large item with small ones, the small ones do not wait.

Where we ship

The contiguous United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet.

Tracking

Tracking arrives by email as soon as the label is scanned. If it has been more than two business days and nothing has moved, email help@vectortoyco.com and we will chase it rather than asking you to.

Damaged in transit

Send a photo of the box and the item. We ship a replacement the same day and you keep the damaged one or bin it, whichever is less hassle. No return needed.
