The policy

You have 60 days from delivery. The toy can be out of the box, built, and visibly loved. We do not require original packaging and we do not inspect for wear, because a toy that did not land with your kid is not a mistake you should pay for.

How to start one

Email help@vectortoyco.com with your order number. We send a prepaid label the same business day. There is no form to fill in and nobody will ask you why.

Refunds

Refunded to the original payment method within three business days of the parcel being scanned on its way back — not on arrival at our end, because that wait is not yours to absorb. Shipping is refunded too.

The exceptions

• Opened art supplies — dough, crayons, paint and ink — cannot be resold, so we refund them without asking for the item back. Keep them.
• Items returned after 60 days are handled case by case. Email us anyway; we are not looking for reasons to say no.

Something broke

If a toy fails under normal play inside a year, that is a defect and not a return. Send a photo and we replace it free, out of policy window or not.
